Love the car its looking really good. (Vraiment genial)

I have a few questions, if that ok? I also live in Switzerland...actually in Lausanne and have been drooling over the cars in Amag for awhile now. I have often thought a 996 carrera 4 would be a good buy especially at the prices they are currently

What are the servicing costs like on a 996 especially one with the kind of kms yours has on it. One thing that worries me is that this will be very high and therfore stop the car from being a practical option.

Well, I got the headers installed today. According to the mechanic, no fitment problems. Can't wait to hear 'em tomorrow ....

BTW, the product looked pretty good. Looked to be good welds and pretty substantial flanges.

Just drove home with the new headers. Sound is subtly throatier. No resonance just a little deeper growl than before. Can't really tell if there is any better performance.

Only problem my mechanic mentioned was that the supplied bolts were not the correct size. He was able to reuse the OEM bolts though so no problems.

how do the ebay headers feel? other than sound does it feel like there is additional torque and/or horspower?

Seat of pants I'd say that its flowing better at 4-5k rpm.. hate to say for sure without a dyno before and after.

did you loose or gain any bottom end torque? the reason i ask was i was also debating on those headers. it seems like a good bargain.
