Talk about customer service. Unbelievable. I ordered two Arctic silver key hole plugs for my 2003 Porsche.
Eris e-mailed me this morning that I might want to reconsider since there is only on key hole on the Porsche, driver side I guess.

He certainly didn't need to take the time to correct my own error. I have his bumper plugs as well.

What a refreshing company top deal with!!

That's so funny--because until one day recently with my Turbo which is now over 2 yrs old (and I had 1 Boxster and 2 different 996's before it), I never noticed it had only a driver's door lock on the outside. And I cannot count the number of times I've washed and waxed my Porsches without noticing.

 

Eric is very good to deal with, ordered from him 3 times and will be placeing an order in the new year.
