Question P1128 code.

Hey guys,

I've been having intermittent CELs, flashing on and off repeatedly for about 20 seconds and then clearing up. Nothing stored in the computer, it's even been on a PST2 and came up clean.

During the flashing CEL it feels like I'm a cylinder down. I had the plugs replaced and the CEL went away for a couple of weeks but i've seen it twice over the weekend.

Today I'm at a stop light and a permanent CEL shows up.
I slap the code reader on and see P1128.

According to renntech :

P1128 Oxygen sensing adaptation, idle range, bank 1

Is anyone able to translate that into non-mechanic speak for me ?
I caught the details at the time too via my code reader :

I switched the CEL off and it's been off all day. I did read that it can sometime be the fuel filler cap, I've checked that and it seems like it's OK. It's on about 1/4 of a tank of fuel and I have noticed that it cranks over longer when starting the lower the fuel is.

Any ideas folks ?
