Smoked headlights on Silver 996
Would it be stupid to do this? I have a feeling it would but I just want to be sure.
I'm coming from bimmerforums.com - I laminx-ed my E36 and I liked the look. I have a feeling it won't look so good on a 996. Besides smoking, the other options are yellow and blue which I'm sure everyone on this board will disapprove of for a silver car. Your thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.

a couple of 996's a 986's are using the yellow tint on their headlights to mimick racecars. I'm not a fan of the yellow as it makes the car look like it has gingevitis (if that analogy makes any sense ).
The smoked lights may be too much of a contrast with an arctic silver car but with a charcole car it may look quite hot.
Remember to get your 3rd brake light as well.

My vote if it counts is NOT...... I also came from the Bimmer side, but I recently sold my M3. Actually I was on both sides of the fence for a couple of years and just needed to keep it simple with a truck instead of the Bimmer.
