I was told some lawyer who lives behind the parking lot was threatiening litigation because hew was being woken up while sleeping in his multi-million dollar home every saturday morning by LOUD cars...i.e Cobras and V12 F cars and Lambos....So the company that owns the lot decided not to pay lawyers to fight for something they make no money on.
