tubi sounds excellent, but doesn't make power which is the hold up with most guys. however if that isn't a problem to you, you should check it out.

 

will I pass smog with bypass pipes on, or do i have to put mufflers on when it comes to smog check time?

 

in this thread they are referring to fabspeed muffler bypass pipes. as the muffler only silences the exhaust and has no bearing on emissions, it will not affect smog output and you should pass just as you did before. however if you opt for cat bypasses this may present a emissions problem.
