Newport, can you suggest a photography book for beginners? I'd like to try some of those shots.

To be honest I don't find it any differernet then how it was. At the track it feels the same on normal bumps and cracks it feels the same. I have never run over a bad bump at speed nor would I want, so I can't tell you if it feel more bouncy.

Both are good shots! The one 1st shot is in a better position facing whats left of the natural light and the bottom one is not facing it so it can't get those fabulous clouds.

I LOVE THE C4S. The best looking 996. Good pics. My lights dont look like that in the back those two near the reflector light. They look a little yellowish. Are those the side foglight ones

Thx I'd like to think so, but that yellow ruf looking car above looks pretty awesome too.

No those are the regular lights, they are red with the lights off and in daylight but start to look more yellow as is gets darker out.

thanks! My only excuse is I was using a point and shoot on AUTO modes! hahahaha...I am learning how to go manual..so I can begin to play with settings. I am also going to invest in a tripod.

Hmmm....its been so long since I began, that the beginners books all dalt with so much film stuff, and thats mostly irrelevant....What you need is a book that shows alot about exposre, and metering....This one looked good...
