When I was looking for my car, I saw a 40th but didn't know enough about the car to know what I was looking at. Many non-porsche dealers are the same way. They list the car at the same price that a standard carrera is going for not knowing what is under the hood or option list.

I was mostly after the X51 + LSD, but the full leather looks nice too

Even if someone said you paid too much, would it really matter? Get in the car and go out for a drive. You won't remember any of the negatives.
Unless you are buying a grocery-getter/commuter-mobile, buying a car involves a lot of subjective and emotional decisions.
Sweet car. Just enjoy it.
