Welcome to the 6 ! That's one nice clean ride. Yes, post more pics including interior shots.

And let me be the first to warn you, if you're modding the car, the orange sidemarkers will be the first target of this forum

absolutely right, the orange side markers have to go. check here for cars with the look of the clear markers, much better.

your C4S looks great. In fact, change out the side markers and we could be twins. Very nice..... congrats, and welcome to the black holes of the Pcar forums. Prepare to spend hours here and at Renntech. Enjoy... you deserve it.

oh, almost forgot. how many miles on your beautiful C$S? Consider some engine safety measures that may or may not be needed but will surely give you some peace of mind. IMS, RMS issues are important to know about. Some of us feel its worth doing a retrofit on the IMS to avoid future issues, but some don't. Check it out for yourself, there's lots of info here and over at Renntech.

Good luck. I've had my C$S since 2008, drive it everyday, and enjoy it every time. Drive it all winter in the rain too. City traffic, bumper to bumper, freeway, open highway.... it just seems to get better. Watch for the B/W's though, too easy to hit triple numbers. Consider a Valentine-1 too. Cheers...

Fitment is good. In my opinion this is the best wing for turbo and c4s.

Thanks guys for the kind words, my C4S is a 2003 model and it only has 13,800 miles on it, I bought it from an older man who drove it once a week to his country club for sunday brunch and/or tennis. Before I bought it, I had it checked out at the dealership and they told me it was practically brand new and plus in excellent condition plus that it was rare to see a car with such low mileage for the year model. I got a 3 year warranty for it also just in case I appreciate any and all advice you guys are willing to share with me

I will def add more pics this week including interior photos as well.

Here are two more - both my vehicles side by side in my garage.

some folks say to beware of a 996 with too low a mileage, as its thought the cars that sit around tend to have more chance of an IMS issue, than those driven more regularly. Lack of lubrication to the IMS is believed to be the culprit. That said, I bought my 2003 in 2008 with just under 14K as well. the only problem I had was an alternator needed replacement; the engine ran great and I've driven the car almost every day I've had it and its now over 35K. I had intended to do the IMS LNE retrofit at 35k and did that a few weeks ago. Car runs strong and I think I sleep a little better at night. On longer trips away from home when the car sits in the garage I put it on a trickle charger as these cars have a bit of a rep re batt drain if not started regularly.

Thanks for the advice . I do drive the c4s everyday even if to the gym and back - the technician at Porsche told me that these cars want to be driven and that if they sit too long for prolonged periods of time, lubrication issues can arise. Having said that, I will def look into IMS retrofit when the car reaches 30k miles or sooner if need be.

Again thanks for your input, I appreciate it very much

Just got my 4S about a month ago. Have spent that time fixing things here and there and getting the car up to my standards. Attached are some pics at delivery and after I've gotten her up and running. Having fun so far! 86k on the odometer, she isn't my daily but I've been having some fun taking it to work in this unbelievable weather.

Congrats on your C4S e90Steve! I just picked up my 2003 C4S three weeks ago. It is my first Porsche and I must say I am far from disappointed - just LOVE it! Here are some more pics of it.

Nice Rich! Looks like a great car. My first one as well. Plotting out next steps. I'm thinking suspension is a must w/ 86k on the clock.
