Nova87 is infamous around these parts
Another RMS question

Well I have the dreaded drips of oil coming from the rear of my 02 C2. I would have thought they would have remedied the problem when they gave me my rebuilt engine a couple of years ago.

My car is obviously out of warranty but I do have an extended warranty through a third party. Is this something I should bring back to the dealer to see if Porsche will cover it? or can I bring it to any certified repair shop and have them do the work and let them recover it from the warranty company or Porsche directly?

What are people doing these days?

Thanks,

try both, who installed it? I would try them first and see if your warranty company is one of the better ones

Your local dealer can handle that for you. Porsche has come out with a new "updated for the umpteenth time" seal about a year ago that has fixed every car that I have installed one in. (at least for now)
