Will the stock 02 996 eyebrows and airducts work with the TT front bumper conversion?

Please post some pics once you've them installed on your car.

CA: Where did you get the mesh?
Marx: I can't find your other posts on modding the ducts. Send me a pm with more details.
Since I've going to painting the bumper, should I have the lower lip painted speed yellow too? Think that would be too much? I think it would look good at first but I imagine it would take a terrible beating down low from stones and such.

About the mesh: You would have to buy standard racing mesh and cut out suitable pieces for the openings in the bumper. I doubt that you can get them ready-made.
If you decide to install a mesh behind the ducts then I would definitely go for one with a matt black finish. I highly doubt that a glossy black finish would look cool.
Since Carreras don't have the extra-radiator in the middle of the bumper, I would definitely choose a mesh for the low center grille of the TT-bumper... or go with the stock C4S grille insert, which has a drilled plate _behind_ the grille. Whatever you do, don't let people look into the low center opening, when there's nothing to see behind it. It just doesn't look right.
About the air ducts: If you don't go with a grid behind the grille, then I would enlarge the air-duct openings simply by cutting its borders until the air-duct openings are larger than the openings in the bumper and you have a clear view on the right and the left radiator in the bumper.
Just my 2 cents...

Marx: Thanks. I think I understand what your're talking about now. The car is at the dealer so I can't look at it, but I think I get it
CA996: I spoke to Dayton the other day. He got a good chuckle out of the "Mississippt" reference. I'll give him a call on that mesh.
