Black wheels on black car, both OEM and aftermarket- Pics?

Thinking of going black for the eventual wheel upgrade, but have not had much luck with finding many good reference pics.

Anyone have this combo and can post up shots of your ride? Looking to compare aftermarket all-black vs. black w/ polished lip vs. painted black OEM, etc.

What do you guys think about GT3 wheels with painted black centers?

GT3's with black centers are a great idea. Ive been thinking of doing the same. I currently have the 5-spoke lightweight Carrera wheels. I was thinking of painting those too. Im having the same dilemma! lol My understanding is the 5-spoke ones we both have are the lightest wheels out there!

Exactly- My dilema with the Gt3 wheels is, do I want a lip or no lip?
The GT3 wheels are flat, I supose my ideal wheel would be a GT3 / black center / with lip.

I found a pic here, but I don't know where to find these wheels or similar-

Here's my pcar for comparison:

Hmmm There is a compnay right now on Ebay selling replica GT3 rims with painted black centers for a really low price(Im sure there tanks) I wonder if that company makes anything like that i forget the name. I used to be all about aftermarket now Im OEM all the way. Or at least as much as I can. Performance first, but on the street it dosent really matter I guess.....

the 996 GT3 wheels look great but the downside is that are one of the heaviest porsche wheels made. The fronts weigh 24.9 lbs and the rears 27.3.

Meanwhile the Carrera II 5 spokes on your car already weight a scant f 20.5 lbs and r 22.7 lbs.

So the GT3 wheels whether OEM or replicas will feel like tanks on your car. That is a lot of extra weight. But they look cool

Here are mine...997 19" Sport Designs...custom painted black....unless there is a well defined lip, I like the all black. If you wanna make them pop off a bit, do a colored stripe.
