While they would look great, I doubt you'll see that as he's affiliated with iForged

I am going to probably be adding something that has a lip that actually shows how wide the car is. Still debating between 19" or 20" iForged wheels.

I think all of the original nay sayers have fallen off as this project continues to get more impressive. Great work, cant wait to see the finished product, definitely worthy of a few car mag photoshoots and some covers

Do a 20" Neo on one side and do the new challenge wheel on the other side with some fat 7" lips!

Vince, I agree...

20" for sure...no doubt about it...

I also think that a set of your new wheels to showcase the car would be great as written above...you also know my idea would be good too....flat black face but the interior of the spokes the same color as the car...and some fat a$$ lips!!!

i def think you need to do either colored lips, or black lips... no chrome/polished lips... in my opinion

Ok Great Update. I heard from Sam and Dan at The Speed Gallery www.thespeedgallery.com that 997 mirrors can be retrofitted to 996 requiring a good amount of labor, parts and modifications. Going to order the parts now for the conversion and keep everyone on here posted. Thanks to 6speed user member TKDalumni for the heads up. You made my day.

I was originally going to go with color matched calipers, but after Race Technologies sent me a pictures of a 997 GT3 RS Green with green calipers it just did not look right.

I actually have a set of Brembo Gran Turismo upgraded brakes here.

Front

15" 6 Piston Yellow Caliper

Rear

14" 4 Piston Yellow Caliper

Brakes will go on after I decide what to do with my wheel situation.
