Yes, nice conversion. In some of the pictures I see 996 mirrors and other pictures there are 997 mirrors? Are the 997 mirrors factory and just modified to fit or are they a completely different mirror?

 

What I found out from Speed Gallery is 997 side mirrors can be converted to fit 996 mirror housings.

i like the Gemballa wing. Wonder if the upper part of the wing goes up as you pick up speed.

 

All engine work is done. Car is going back on a transport tommorrow back to the body shop for rear bumper install, some new side skirts, a need hood, and some more body work.

Turbos in, headers in, exhaust on, roll cage in, gt3 seats in, harness in, and suspension is finished. Car will be put on transport next week.

I have not even started on the interior yet. The entire interior is going to be taken out and replaced with carbon fiber. I am replacining almost every interior part with carbon.
