Is it really worth $300k though?

I know RUF makes incredible cars, but is it $300k incredible?

It can beat the Carrera GT in 0-300 kph runs, along with many other high end exotics (all of which cost way above $300K). I say its a bargain!

I think it is. I've never driven one, but most owners say they're incredible.
Fast as ****, extremely stable at high speed, daily driveable, exclusivity.
Plus you dont get just a "custom tuned" Porsche 911, you get a brand new entirely different car.

Personally I'd take a RT12 or the RGT over any Murci, F430 or similarly priced cars

I think you can get the F430 and strap on a bi-compressor from novitech and still have money left over.

The bi-compressor system generates 656hp and faster than the enzo.

Very nice. BEAUTIFUL interior. The price is a little steep, though.

God Bless,

I do love the car but definetly not at 300k. Now I do think that it is an amazing machine engineering wise but it just doesn't look the part. While this car looks better than any other 997 model car it just doesn't garner a 300k price tag. For that money cars need to not look like other cars. This car only looks minorly different than a standard 997tt and that just isn't right. Now for those who do do not care about looks and are purely performance minded then this car is probebly a steal but that is just not me.

I have to agree, I mean the car is extremely well engineered, after all it is Ruf we're talking about, however I would never be able to justify the price tag of $300k for that car.

Not worth it.

F430's are not as reliable as Porsches 911s to start with, let alone twin supercharged ones.
Imagine you decided build a Novitec F430 and to keep it, 20 years down the line, it'll probably just be sitting in your garage with no engine, because the twin supercharged engine blew up.

But a RUF... You'll probably still be driving in 20 years later.

That $500K is just not right, everything is the UK is double what we pay for in the states anyway, they pay $198K for our $90K SL550's. so... Consider the RUF being around $250K.
In conclusion, for that much performance, its a bargain. You guys should watch the RUF history on Youtube, it'll give you a whole 'nother appreciation for them.

I just saw that video! It's pretty awesome and you can see the level of detail they get into. I agree with you: its worth the money since you're getting a reliable, daily driveable, supercar that doesn't scream for attention.

It really doesn't matter though, since I don't have 300K to spend on one anyway
