Porsche driving school question

Attend PDE!!!
You will not regret doing so!
Barber Motorsports Park is such a fun place to drive!!!
It's all about driving techniques (as mentioned above), and translate directly to any car which you are driving.
There is nothing special about driving a Turbo vs Non Turbo

Damn, you beat me to it!!
There's just something so un-appealing for someone to write about all their accomplishments. Humility is a good character trait.

I could give a rodent's *** about what you believe or don't believe. As an orginal founder of the Porschephiles web list in 1994, clearly this environment is for those who love the 'Fast and Furious' movies but couldn't compete in an actual club race if their lives depended on it. No brains, too much money.

Well, as I assumed, this forum has a great number of attornies. I am not going to delete anything, the stature of limitations has run out (read you law books).
I can afford to defend - they already closed the cases. Stop shivering in your boots - I can take care of myself. I guess being a consulting neurosurgeon, having started and sold several large companies - you think they care about taking me on. I also have a federal SES grade in Homeland Security (very insecure agency) with Top Secret Clearance. By the time those private insurers looked at me they would run away (and I don't look like Jimi Hendrix).
Posuers who like to wax, shine and look at there cars but are too afraid of racing or denting them...This is what Porsche has become?

Well, since I'm not a professional racing entrepreneurial neurosurgeon with top secret Homeland Security that doesn't look like Jimi Hendrix (which, BTW, is the most bizarre comment of many), I probably won't be able to get Paul Newman to tow my track crashed 997TT to a public road so that I can try to defraud my insurance company.
Boy, your argument to not worry about wrecking my TT on a track is SO convincing. Sorry, I don't have as much money to throw around as you do my non-Jimi Hendrix looking, top secret, entrepreneurial pro-racing doctor friend.

There is always a guy like this on every car forum. I remember this one guy on a Mercedes Benz forum I used to visit frequently that sounded a lot like this nut. He claimed to be a brain surgeon as well - but only after he ran an FBI field office and guarded the President as part of the Secret Service. He also claimed to be a former SEAL team captain and a sales desk manager at Goldman-Sachs. He claimed a stable of cars that included every big name exotic you have ever heard of - including the only Maybach Excelero in the world. He bragged of owning 7 houses in various parts of the world and dated actresses and supermodels - but he couldn't tell us their names because it might blow his cover as a part time secret agent for a private security firm conducting black-ops in Iraq. I'm not making this up either. He actually made all of those claims at one point or another. He just kept getting in deeper and deeper. By the end, we were convinced it was actually some home-schooled 13-year old whose parents had fallen behind in his curriculum (nothing against home-schooled kids - just parents who don't give a crap).
We just have to ignore them until they move on and torture the next forum. The worst thing you can do is challenge the guy or insult him. That gives him an excuse to talk big and hide behind the anonymity of the Internet. Don't give him the satisfaction. One of the best parts about this forum is that these nut-jobs are pretty few and far between. It is much worse on other forums. So you guys are doing something right. Keep it up. I am happy to be a 997TT owner in reality and that 99% of the other guys/gals that contribute here are as well.
Take care.

I am holding the '07 Turbo and '08 Turbo ECUs in my hands right now, and the '08 has many more pins. Talk to the aftermarket tuners who have had trouble flashing '08s. At least around here...
With Porsche, part numbers are often like equivalancies - I used to work there.

SES grade what? I wouldn't brag about that either. I know what it is, it's not hard to get. Just pay the money. A top secret clearance? wooooh. Also not that big a deal.
I think you know people that fit this description. I doubt you actually posses the credentials. Knowing people in those fields, or being there myself, it's not something you brag about. Those that don't know seem to think it sounds impressive on the outside, but those that do know, well we know it's no big deal.
BTW, how big does a lemonade stand have to be for you to call it "a large company"?
