strong wheels for 997TT

Can I get your help.. I'm looking to get a second set of rims for my 997TT GT Silver. Which manufacture makes the strongest rims, I've already replaced the Benz rims on my CLS 55 from street use.. I don't mind spending the cash but just to have them look good yet get flattened from std street use. Brite silver edge with Black spokes.. One piece, mono block, two piece, etc? Your advice is welcomed..

Have you considered HRE monobloks or wheels from Forgeline?

I'd lean towards BBS. A set of the new LM-Rs would look absolutely amazing on a 997TT...

You might want to look at GP7's from the links on the right. I have a set of the dark grey on my slate grey tt. you can also check RUF if you want a very strong wheel.

i find the Ruf 5 spokes to be real tough in comparing to the OZs for example, you can get them to paint the wheels most Porsche's colors

If you want light(you should!), think Champion, GP7, BBS Motorsport, new HRE monoblocs, CCW, and the Dymags. The rest are all going to be a performance penalty.

Great Wheel Suggestions

Thanks for all the responses, I really don't want to deal with fasteners, rivets and bolts that would be a part of a multi-piece rim. I had a set of Porsche Sport Design II on my '99C4 just too much work to keep clean..

The shots are helpful that '08 with the GT3 RS rims are sweet!

Jump on a set of Champions/Dymags/etc. then... Definitely go with something Forged, regardless.

I agree. Kinesis F110 and any Champion wheel would be great for weight-savings and also superior strength. They are all one-piece forged wheels. Here is a pic:
