sorry simply not true. i can think of many Best Motoring races where euro car beat the Japanese cars. in some instances very very convincingly

for example-- 996TT beat all the JDM's. Lambo Gallardo and Murcielago beat all the JDM's. GT3 996 beat all the JDM's.

Talking

GT-R the driver is just a passenger, as it's really being driven by HAL2000! The 997 Turbo is driven by an old Atari800!

GT-R

They are not pushing the 997 to the limits IMO. But then again, it is a Japanese show, so...why would they want the 997 to beat Japan's new "god" of all cars. I love the GT-R and believe it is faster than a stock 997 (due to the #'s) but in that video, it just seems they are sand-bagging it a bit. And also...when the GT-R comes out of the corner ahead in the 4th video (1:20ish) i wonder why everyone is clapping................you think they want the 997 to win?

And those that say "it's still a Nissan" . Yes...it's still a Nissan at the stop-light, but what does that say when it blows the doors of your Pcar? Those are not fightin words..so don't flame

Since you own a NISSAN, you want to line up with my P-car at a stop light? Anytime, anywhere!!!!! These are not fightin words either.

CD of 0.27 (GTR) and CD of 0.31 (Porsche T)

I wonder if the CD of 0.27 (GTR) and CD of 0.31 (Porsche T)
could account for anything ?

cheers

yes it does

the GTR is one of the only supercars (other than the Veyron) to have net downforce on the front and rear ends at 150 mph+. At that speed the 997TT has lift on the front

One of the car rags I was reading today at NTB said the GTR trapped 149. This is a great example of the crap being spewed about this car.
