Dension has the BT adapter that will mute the iPod and move calls through the PCM. It will not mute the radio if you are listening to am/fm and get a call, and will not take your entire phonebook download.

Tooki is a full blown, fully featured BT solution, separate on the MOST bus so it will mute ALL audio (am/fm/etc) and will download phone book, etc. It can work in conjunction with the Dension unit (for iPod) just fine.
