i've had mine for over i i/2 years. 996 rturbo, rt12 engine. installed at ruf dallas.

yes. one of the non functioning buttons on the dash now serves as the control switch. it activates a small hydraulic pump in the right front of the trunk.

In my car the button is hidden inside the glove compartment with a tiny led mounted in front of the gear stick which blinks while rising/droping and stay lit while on,car can be droped by either accelerating or manually pressing the button
