It doesn't necessarily matter what "direction" the cross drilling is on the rotor, what's more important is what direction the venting in the rotor is aimed. Many times, some manufacturers don't make left/right rotors, so on one side it will "look" backwards, but as long as the venting is facing the right way, then you're good.
