i am hoping i can just run it safely at close to 800 rwhp on 93 pump gas. i think it will be difficult to hit 800 rwhp on 93 pump gas, but i want to see how close we can come. it may take 103 octane to get to 800 rwhp.

just an update. the gt35r turbochargers are on the car. we are out of fuel. tym is working on a solution for more fuel. i think 800 rwhp is the maximum the stock fuel pump will flow. actually, tym said if we didn't have the larger injectors, the stock fuel pump would not work. so in essence, we got away with the stock fuel pump by compensating with larger injectors. anyways, we hope to get the car up and running soon!

i had a similar problem in an old single turbo rx-7. two fuel pumps ran parallel;problem solved

Won't the good old intank Bosch 044 pump flow more? It's a direct swap IIRC, and Tym should have quite a few around. Good luck.

it wouldn't be a direct swap on the 997 turbo as they already use twin intank pumps.

Im not sure if your talking about the 996 or the 997TT but I can share with you all that on my car at .9 bars I was a tad under 700 rwhp... where every .1 bars there after was good for about 32 rwhp.... so as long as you run 1.2 bars on pump gas you have a shot.... in my case I do not go past 1 bar on pump...
good luck,
markski

This is going to be excellent to see when it is done.....I am curious do you have E85 where you live? I think you would be able to achieve your goals on E85, with the correct fuel upgrades.
