CHP Foundation- Anybody Have Those Frames?
Have you "used" them? Just wondering if they'll help with a ticket.

Based on feeback from my friends who sport them, its worked, for a crossing the white line while merging on the FWY and did not when he was doing 15mph over in a 65. Both in SoCal, and lets face it, 80 is the 'flow' when its open.
I'd say those odds are the same without it if you use the right attitude when pulled over. Save your money is what he told me.

NO - the plates will NOT help you, its just a myth. 
My CHP buddy said he pulled over few cars (for speeding) with the plates and he always gives this line "we appreciate your support, and I hope you understand I'm only doing my job..." He wrote them a ticket.
FYI - He said what will help you more with tickets - know someone that works at the station (person that processes the tickets), not someone that patrols.
