you tell me how that possible if production will be low on the GT-R and stay low. porsche will be producing more 911 TT's

and no matter how you try and spin it. the TT and GT3 still wont be a match for the GT-R

i just think 99% of the people who are getting 911 is flocking over to the Nissan dealer to get the GT-R. i love the GT-R for what it is, but hey it's like saying the s2000 cr is better than the boxster s (btw, i had s2000 before, no pun intended). Just two different cars for two different people.

I am just astounded that a much heavier car can be so much faster. Very confused.

I like it. I respect it, and i am sure it will be a black eye for all the supercars out there.

Here we go again...

But seriously, we pay a hefty premium and buy the Turbo for its performance attributes and ability to crush the competition. Take that away and might as well buy a base 911.

And the 997TT is faster than the F430.

Any F430 owners out there that want to trade for a 997TT??

If it's all about speed then there should be thousands of takers.

Please PM me.

It's not.

Here go the mags again with conflicting reports. Some have said the TT feels faster in a straight line.

They both trap the same speed (118-121).

This eliminates the possiblity of the GT-R being much faster.

Dont beleive the hype.

And you'll still never have a GT-R

And if someone lets you borrow theirs, I'll show up in one or the other to prove you wrong.

Seriously, the GTR had its sights on the Turbo and it looks like its doing its job. Lets move on. Porsche will release a new Turbo in 3-4 years and it will take Nissan 7 years on top of that to match it again. Sorry, but as much as I love the GTR Im in no way shocked at its performance. They have had all the time in the world to make it so.

Im interested in seeing how it does on the street without putting it into launch mode vs. a 6 speed TT. I'd wager it will get pummeled. Can't wait to see them though, great car.
