Well my new Turbo will be here in about three weeks so of course I had to have the garage cleaned and repainted for its arrival (put my son to work) . I have nice new white walls that are just screaming for a Porsche sign or ??? Where would I find something really neat to hang - any ideas? Thanks.

definitely a porsche banner. picked one up for $25 bucks to hang in my room. It definitely makes my room!

 

I am going to show you two things I recently bought on South Beach, Miami . I haven't framed them yet and I thought it was a very off beat idea . These two elderly ladies took old magazines and cut out pages which depicted images of vaious time periods . They had topics categorized so I went to the Auto section and looked for Porsche.
One page is taken from a 1957 Magazine ad about the Speedster .
The other is from a 1963 review of the Porsche 911 .

I bought them both paid $8 each . Pretty cool I thought.

What happened ? I uploaded the images . Hold on.

I found this Porsche logo sticker for my wall on ebay. dont know if the seller stills sells on ebay anymore. It was like 25 bucks...

 

Get a Michelin flag. Bib is really cool and they have a long association with Porsche.

Love all these ideas! Larry - those are great. (And I love the entire garage with the yellow Porsche!). Keep the ideas coming!

 

I got another idea that I think I may do. It's not for the garage but rather as a welcome to the family idea for the car . The address labels which I place on my mail I would like to have some made with my car on it .
