sometimes i wonder: what kind of business do you guys do? a lot of 6 speeders here bought their tt at their twenties. i thought i was doing ok when i bought by MB S500 at 35 (and i had it backwards, working my way from a MB S to a TT)

 

Business? Hell, I had to retire before I could afford to buy one of these puppies. Costs to much to work!

Now all I do is sit on my *** and watch the money roll in from you worker drones who pay my pension, medicare and social security. Keep up the good work!

Who is under 30 and paid cash for their car with money that wasnt given to them??? That should narrow the field.

 

I dont know about the other half of the younger generation that can afford these cars, but for the half that Im a part of, which worked for it, I think its easier now than before to achieve what you set out for.

Its the combination of credit and the internet age in my opinion. Why pay cash for a car and have that money tied up in an asset until I sell to reclaim my unused funds when I can just use a lease to pay for the usage of the car and get a tax write off in the process? And in terms of making money, with the internet, being intelligent and having immediate access to high pay has been introduced. In the past intelligent jobs that paid alot, like doctor, lawyer, etc, they all required a long time of schooling and also a lot of debt on the way out. With the internet and the ability to start a business so rapidly or make yourself indispensable to the ones doing the business has been created where intelligent people still collect a large pay check but require less if no schooling, and end up having less debt while working more independent and so usually making them a little more reckless with their cash.
