My wife borrowed the Turbo this evening. I got a text from her, "Wow, this is a fun car." Am I going to get it back? It could be an expensive evening.

). I am equally impressed with your wife that she can drive a turbo and text message at the same!!! After I drove my fist Porsche, there was no turning back. YOu may need to have a his/hers for the garage.

She learned to drive at age 16 in her mother's 911 with manual transmission! She has a Cayenne S but there was a special grin this evening when she got home. "What a rush when those turbos kick in. That's a fun car." Luckily we are garage space constrained right now. I could see her behind the wheel of a white Turbo cab. White's her favorite color in a car -- know anyone else like that?

Yes, white is the new black you know! I have been driving only white cars for nearly 20 years - my trademark! A buddy of mine just placed an order for a white turbo cab w/black. I am not a Cab fan, had a Boxster S with a convertable - with two tunnels to pass through on I-90 everyday as I head down to my office, too many fumes and noise in traffic!

I had Boxster S, too, before the Turbo, and didn't particularly enjoy that same drive on I-90 into Seattle with the top down. Even with the top up, it was quite noisy in those tunnels.

My favorite pics are delivery pics...yet I can remember like no other showing up with my Turbo fully detailed, front & center of the dealership. Not sure what is better? I wanna see my next car when it arrives, yet I loved that.
