I'm pretty sure that there are none, but I figure if there are any places to have fun a 6speeder would know. Anybody know where I can find the above in LI ? I know I can go to NJ, CT, PA, blah blah, but is there anything in our backyard ?

Wow, nothing out there. I'm sure somebody could make a mint if they could find the land AND obtain the requisite zoning. Its really too damn bad that we get screwed by the zoning boards/environmental groups in LI. Rechler wanted to do a track out east, but was knocked down by local opposition. Maybe in 10 years we'll get an indoor ski mountain in lieu of a racetrack (LOL - lucky us).

 

You can never have enough indoor ski mountains, especially when the nearest real mountain is what like an hour and a half away ?
