Awesome cars at Champion
I was at Champion yesterday finalizing my car order and had the chance to see some awesome cars they had on hand. On the showroom they had a light gray turbo with the full Werks package...the front splitter, rear diffusor, RS171 wheels, airbox...all awesome.
Next up was a GT3 RS in green with black leather/alcantara and green stitching...looked AWESOME! The combination, including the illumunated carbon door sills, gave me chills.
Tons of other nice ones on hand to choose from...truly a toy store for car fans.
Finished up my order and ended up going with meteor gray/black with carbon rear center console, illuminated door sills, and multi-function steering wheel, plus all the other goodies I posted previously. I ditched the red stitching although I'm sure it would look amazing. Also, XTV (door finishers in leather) is definitely not available now for some reason. They also got rid of XNG (instrument surround in leather) as a stand-alone option...it is only available with the leather package EAF.
Now begins the long wait...looks like December delivery for me.

Pictures don't really do them justice...you have to see them in person. That said, here's what the Werks car looks like, except that it had racing stripes on the hood.

I was recently vacationing in FL and decided to go visit their showroom / shop area. I own a number of repairs shops in the NYC area and pride myself on keeping the shops spotless and we do a great job at keeping up the appearances, BUT, Champion really comes in first place with the way they take cleanliness to the next level. The floor is white and the equipment doesnt have a spot of grease on it.. I was amazed, and i believe that a shop that stays this busy and still takes the time to keep things that tidy is a place i would want to work on my cars. Kudos on your purchase and a big congrats to the champion crew on keeping things A++
