GT2 exhaust for 911 turbo
#31
I have not heard the speedArt. Of the ones I've listened to, not just casual listening but inside and outside of car auditions, some a couple times, my favorite is the Cargraphic loud. Don't know if you've run across this thread, but there are a lot of info on this exhaust here:

This is purely a matter of personal preference so there is no "best" system for everyone. I should note that I possess a pair of golden ears though.
I agree with Alex re. the GT2's not too exciting exhaust sound. The beauty of that car is its handling and steering feel; its exhaust sound is IMO actually one of its (few) weaknesses. There is really not much you could do with that turbine muffling the beautiful noise. Sigh.

I like the speedArt sound. Have you compared that with AWE? It even has a cut-off switch where the diriver can go back and forth from cats only to muffler and cats for $7K. I think the Tubi sounds too raspy, not even close to the AWE or speedArt. But the sound hard to capture is the in-cabin rumple. Would be a shame to put out the $5-6K and then the in-cabin sound drives you up the walls of the car's inside. Had that problem with an aftermarket exhaust for my M3, couldn't wait to get the damn thing off and get it back to the supplier.
