You just reinforced my observation. But I concur wholeheartedly...let's kill this ongoing discussion that now seems to be going in circles.

"Evo did not spend the money"?????? I have been trying to support you Dan, but statements like this undermine your credibility. I strongly suspect the EVO ICs cost more to manufacturer than the B6/Vivid ICs. The photos you posted speak volumes about the quality of the respective units. I am confident that EVO did not manufacturer the ICs to work with the OEM hoses because, at the power levels where upgraded ICs become appropriate, it would be illogical to retain the OEM hoses. In other words, the OEM hoses would hinder performance at the power levels for which the EVO ICs were designed and, therefore, anyone purchasing EVO ICs would be foolish to retain the OEM hoses -- the OEM hoses would impair the gains for which the ICs are designed. In fact, upgrading the hoses comes much earlier in the process and, if one has not yet upgraded the hoses, they most certainly should do so before upgrading the ICs. Otherwise, the hoses will restrict airflow, regardless of how efficient the ICs are. Come on Dan, you know all of this and your unwarranted attempt to disparage EVO for something you know makes perfect sense simply makes you look bad.

I have said it before and I will say it again: So long as you are accurate and truthful, you can talk up the merits of your products until you are blue in the face. However, when you unnecessarily snipe other tuners/vendors, particularly with unmeritorious accusations, you undermine your own credibility and products. There is no need to go there Dan. Take the high road. You don't see Proto, UMWs or Ruf coming on here and denigrating products offered by other tuners. There is no need to go there. If your products are better made, or better priced, they will flourish on their own merits, without you constantly belittling and ridiculing your competition. Rise above it Dan.

I will not waste anymore of my time on you. Thank you for those that support us.

Dan, while I do agree with some of your posts, I feel as a main representative of a forum sponsor, the responsibilty lies on you to remain civil and polite in a businessman like fashion. I think it will hurt your company in the long run to respond to forum members in that manner (no matter how much they deserve it). Just my opinion though.
