Question for tuners..I would like to know what is the egt on the vtg cars with over..

I and others have posted our data - dynos, 60-130mph runs, 0-300kph runs. Our 700 kit cars run faster than the RUF Rt12 or Rturbo. Our 700 kit cars produce approximately 700+ hp at the flywheel. If you don't believe the dynos then you can look at the GPS acceleration runs, you can look up the standing mile results at TexasMile.net. I have driven the 700 car at a VMax and on the track and in both cases the 650hp AWD RT12 is slower. My car has a verified 60-130 mph run of 6.9s, and 100-200kph run of 6.0s. Rami's Rt12 best 100-200kph run is 6.2s.
The kits of course have no warranty, but the AWE kit has 3k miles of complete reliability in my ownership, including multiple track events and bumper-to-bumper grocery excursions by the wife with nary a hiccup. It however is installable in 2 days in a home garage with hand tools for less than the price of a Techart body kit.
TT/RS the stock VTG units cannot survive over 1000c and the ECU pulls boost and timing when it senses 980c. To reduce EGT you need to reduce the restriction in your exhaust. Going to 70mm tubing throughout, changing out to a 100/200 cell cats and possibly even no cats would help tremendously. The AWE exhaust reduces the EGT over the stock exhaust.
Now you have 2 changes to your car which make heat a more difficult problem - the intercoolers are liquid/air instead of air/air. Your intercoolers even if functioning still hold heat in the engine compartment. No matter what temps your intercooler liquid is it may not have the surface area needed to actually transfer heat from the intake charge. Second, your exhaust is no longer stock and may have more bends/restrictions than stock. The Gt3/RS mufflers have smaller diameter tubing than the TT exhaust.

Why would that be any more valid than testing head on in the US? Homefield advantage?
The RT12, RTurbo, Carrera GT, Proto 700, Evo 700, AWE 700 cars will all be at the Texas Mile event in October. This is an open invitation to come and run in a dedicated, televised, and sanctioned event.

Don't be upset 997 GT3 RS/TT! My friend's Tip 997TT with Sportec 620hp kit was having similar problme you have. When he reached the speed 240~250km, the acceleration was slowing down and more feul was given and timing was retarded. His 100~200km is 7.4 sec and 200~300km is 26.8 sec with Sportec exhaust. Those result were a lot slower than a K24/18g equiped 996TT.
Aftermath he tried to resolved this problems, he found his Sportec exhaust was too restrictive by cutting it into peice to see how it designed. Thus, he changed a set of good flowing valvetronic bypass exhaust and the problems is getting eased. Then his 100~200 km has improved to 6.7 sec and 200~300km down to 24.6sec.

I know Nick from GREECE has TIP 997tt with Protomotive 700kit his car ran.
0-100km/h in 3.3sec
100-200km/h in 6.3sec
Also Anothony has 6speed with Protomotive 700kit and his 100-200km/h on 6.5sec
Both members confirm thier results r on European forum.
Now if 997 GT3 RS/TT don't believe U.S tuners and customers results why he is bothering him self and keep asking U.S tuners for solutions for his issues bla bla bla!!
Let ur genius expensive european tuner solve ur issues!!!
Hugo....no need to talk crap to U.S tuners

ruf use kkk old style turbines over 600 ps because they now that there is no way to have much more with vtg!
show me one tuner in Europe which offer more than 640ps based on vtg?????? Of course is less than 640Ps!!!
What is so special about U.S tuners that they reach 700hp?
Why they offer kit 610 with standard turbines, no one heard about more than 550ps in europe with standard turbines.
What is the acceleration time 0-200km/h of 700hp car?
Eclou, again where from 700ps with vtg?????
You don't understand, I have to high pressure between heads and turbines.
I haven't got catalic converters and my pipe is 83mm!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We also measured back pressure after turbines it's 0,18!!!!!!

I asked about egt temp and I didn't ask how to solve my problem, because no one here is able to answer anyway.
We know the answer, cams and heds will solve the problem.
You haven't got problems like this, you can easily reach 700hp on vtg turbines with out any major modifications, and U.s tuners are the only one in the hole world!!!!!!
all tuners like sportec ,ruf, rs or 9ff or God knows who are much much behind, but maybe one day they will find the secret!!!!!
I wonder why techart use big carbon pipes before turbines and why they use new cams on 700ps kit?
They never before do things like this on 996 model.
you believe in what you want to believe and this is a whole story.

good point, we like to see one of this cars at nardo.

Just a suggestion, you came on a mainly US based board asking Tuners for help. Basically to help you with a problem they did not create for, as Eugene pointed out, for free.
You then give a "Europe" is better anyway impression. So why would any tuner want to come in a give advice now?

997 GT3 RS/TT! I think you have posted a wrong exhaust for 997TT. The photos you shown is probably for GT3.
However, even my friend whose 997TT SP620 has made a imporvement by getting rid of Sportec's exhaust with a valvetronic bypass exhaust. He was still not satified with the imporved performance. He was totally unstasified with what has done by Sportec Taiwan to his 997tt . Eventually, he sold his 997tt and bought another 997GT2.
The following is the Sportec's exhaust and kit which cost more than US$ 26,000. The performance gain simply can not keep up with cost of kit!

RS/TT,
if you do not believe the myriad of data we have posted on 6spd including GPS accel charts, graphs, and videos, dyno plots, boost plots, AFR plots, EGT graphs, then why waste your time here asking circular questions? Somehow you wish to disbelieve empiric evidence but at the same time want help from those you think are lying. It makes no sense to me, and I have pointed out several obvious areas where your project will have issues. Good luck, I think you will need it.

I'm asking where from 700hp????
I ask about some more things but no one noticed.

I see sorry! My friend SP620 also had bypass test pipe, but strangely with cat car performed better.
Do you want to see what is free flow valvetronic bypass type exhaust that my friend was using to replace Sportec's restrictive exhaust?
