Replacement For The "Lemon" Is IN !!!!

WOW! A HUGE "Thank You" to Maciej for posting pictures of my sled for me!
I just hadn't had the time to get around to it , and I KNOW how 6-Spdr's are so suspicious of "poseur" posts without pictures to validate . Maciej takes a great photo, and to see his efforts as he hangs out the window of another ride (all while his entire foot is in a cast after surgical reconstruction) to get the shots is also a statement to his passion for all performance vehicles.
I met him and a great group of people last weekend for a "spirited" run around North Jersey and Southern NY State. To his credit, he's been quietly and and secretly testing a slew of remote back-roads for months, then puts together a series of these "fun runs" that is "invite only".
It's obvious he (and his core group) doesn't endorse the highway-rat-racing and (triple-digit) speeding on highways which is guaranteed to attract the dreaded red & blue flashing lights. But the real fun is the secluded, remote back-roads he's mapped out for the day where you can toss your sled around.
A round of applause goes out to his girl Ola, who is his trusted wheel-man ... and kept a great pace in an Accord Coupe while leading a pack of eager P-Car drivers looking to carve away at the curves, corners and limits of tires and tarmac.
Opposed to some driving clubs, this one didn't have the usual 'Big Attitude Guy(s)'. Quite a diverse group. (I do wish a Turbo & S4 hadn't had to go so early as I'd love to get feed-back on how their tricked suspension would have played out on the twisties.)
Getting back to the pictures ... Thanks for posting them form me Maciej - once I get the car detailed to my standards, I'll be certain to call you for a photo shoot that can be posted here for all.
The "good-fight" was a lot of effort and stubborn determination, and I thank everyone for the compliments. I enjoy them as much as I enjoy the car!
Regards

Oh .. those yellow sidemarker lights are gone this Saturday! The Dealership did get some in today and 'donated' the clear replacements to me tonight.
Question ... there was mention of a 'clear' bulb that when activated did glow yellow ... any idea where I can find that? I'll start a new thread for it too.
I'm not crazy about the stock rims, so I'll be scanning the gallery for ideas.
RayInPA - looks like I'm lookin' in a mirror.

The sidemarker bulb is #194, scroll about 3/4 of the way down the page.

You can also buy a set of #7507 for your rear turn signals (non-LED), scroll about 2/3 of the way down the page. http://autolumination.com/1156_1157.htm

Thanks CarNuts ... your honest and humble reply is very honorable. It wasn't easy by any means, and times I thought to just bag the whole thing and abandon the Porsche brand. But my stubbornness and perseverance paid off.
