Yeah that would be called power to wieght Ratio. The M6 only wieghs 3800 pounds and the Porsche weighs 400 to 500 pounds less. And its not like you can say M6 needs a Driver mod because of they are all SMG 2

Actually depends on the TT type, unfortunately, Porsche hasnt been to honest with their curbweight figures. M6's weight between 3850 and 3950 lbs for the most part. There isnt one 997 TT that's actually weight 3490. The Manual's are mid 3500's and the tips are mid'low 3600's.

So the difference could be as high as 400 lbs, but could be as low 200-250 lbs.

The TT is also somewhat geared for acceleration and torque application at low speeds, but it's good on the top end too. Not discounting that video, but I dont think that's a good representation of the average.

The SMG can actually be more of a hinderance in these situations, because there is a definite pause in the shifts, while you can rape a TT manual and get more from the shifts. No way to tell for sure.

Yes I would agree with there about the weight and about the shifts thats why I mentioned that point. The SMG2 is insaley fast.
