Deviating Stiching

Deviating Stiching is a nice upgrade. I am going with GT Silver and Black leather interior. Thought to do silver stiching. Price to do every area is way, way out there. Has anyone just done certain areas? How is the look?

All or nothing I think. Having 2 different colored stitching looks kind of odd. We have a 09 PDK GT Silver S cab coming in with silver stitching everywhere. Looking forward to seeing it but its about a month out before we get it.

Have seen cars with just the seats or just the dash in dev stitch and just does not look right. Just looks like someone forgot to order the other options.

Dome Light Cover: He took care of it

Defroster Vent: Oops forgot that one...

Everywhere unless doing an area in carbon or wood (yuk) such as console or doors. If doing stitching don't forget the shifter & handbrake - DAW if a leather manual. Not sure what is in alcantara or tip.

Haven't spec'd one out, How much is it for the whole deviated stitching?
I do agree though, it should be all or nothing.

About 5G's if you include the need to go exclusive on the steering wheel and shifter/handbrake.

What Mr. Gee-Bee is referring to is the defroster trim, not the vents. The defroster vents I would only have done if you do an interior to sample.

Right back at ya!

deviated "stitching" is a contrasting color; it stands out, for example white, yellow, red, etc. i totally agree, it must be all areas unless painted if chosen as an option. can get $$; porsche nickel & dime you with this option. but worth it; looks 1st CLASS!

Well my 07 had black interior and the stitching was a lighter black and not too noticable. My brothers black interior has white stiching so it's very noticable. On the 08 I am looking at it has grey interior and the stiching looks grey buy it's has the deviated option??? WTF. Doubt someone would order the stiching the same color as the leather right? Beats the whole
purposes lol

was it listed on the option list of the "window sticker" it would be very odd if someone ordered the same color; but nothing surprises me anymore every deviated stitching i've seen is very noticable; like your brothers. makes the interior look "rich" like Astons; sets it apart
