I have the kit and it has been great and runs fantastic. Very nice engineered system and would recommend to anyone. You do not even that the car is modded unless you start getting on the throttle so all of the nice driveability of the car remains which is what I wanted.

Alpine, you and I have been following the "997TT beats GTR" thread since heavychevy started it. You should know by now that not even a Porsche RS Spyder or a 2008 F1 Ferrari can beat the GTR around the Nurburgring. It just ain't gonna happen. The car defies physics! Sorry, but you are just gonna have to accept it! Now, we can either sell our respective Porsches and buy a GTR, or be humiliated because we drive a second class sports car.

I really wanted to see the GTR in action this weekend at TWS, but 2 GTR's were only in the beginner groups, and the other GTR was an instructor who did not play in our advanced driving group. We had 1 997GT2(stock), my 997tt, TT Gasman's stage 2 997tt, 1 997TT with AWE exhaust, and 1 996GT3 running together in the advanced group for a fun weekend. I have a vid of me and the 997Gt2 running that I will post later.

Small clarification:
The 750R uses all the same hardware as the 700S kit, but it uses a different software program. This software program requires the use of 100+ octane fuel.
Both 700S and 750R programs are pre-loaded in the fuel injection ECU, and a handheld remote control is used to switch between them. The remote control plugs into the diagnostic port under the driver side dash.
There are also "stock-like" power, a 50hp Valet, and a ignition immobilizer software programs available additionally. They, too, are simply chosen by the handheld remote.
There is not another 997TT big turbo kit in the world that offers this switching option!
