How do you fix that muffler, just with the studs from the turbos?

Any CEL?

What do you mean by fixing the muffler, do mean installing it? It installs the same way the factory exhaust installs. You will not get a CEL with this exhaust but if your inspection place or dealership looks under the car for cats and doesn't see any they might fail you. In South Carolina there are no state inspections.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, I talked about the mounting of the "big can", because in pic 6 you removed all OEM sheets for fixing the OEM muffler, which are used for other aftermarket exhausts i know.

In german i could explain it much better
