Best Car Cover for 997 TT
Alright everyone, just put away the Turbo for winter a few weeks ago, but i want to order a car cover to protect it in the garage over winter...for those of you storing your cars this winter, which car cover do you have, and where did you purchase it?
I saw the porsche strechy car cover, similar to the ones that come with lamborghini's....but im not sure if 279.99 from suncoast is a good price or if its truly worth that...
please chime in what cover you have, how you like it, and where to purchase it...
Thanks,
MK

Use "911 Turbo S" and choose either 2007 or 2008, I have the dust stop as I only use the cover indoors.

Let me see if I get this right. You've purchased a $140,000+ car and you're bottom feeding for a cover?? Right?? Get the stretchy/soft factory version; it fits like a friggn' condom and it's easy on the paint.

It's a good price, it's washable and more than adequate for an indoor cover. If you're putting your car in mothballs for the winter don't forget a trickle charger for the battery.

Try coverking.com they offer many different styles of covers and their applications are all custom. I would be careful though with your choice, some covers can easily scratch your clearcoat.
Here's a page describing all their products and materials used:

for indoors try looking at their satin stretch.

I've asked this question 1 month ago and ended up ordering California Car Cover, it fits like a glove
Mine is "Superweave"
I see you also own a Meteor Grey + Carbon steering wheel just like I do
