Nice addition to my HRE C21's

I was very lucky to come upon these centercaps.

They were custom made at one time and I was fortunate to come across them.

Contrast between wheel center and cap does not look right...

I like giving Hre the credit for the wheels they made . If Porsche made them I would not place the Hre label .

BTW --really like the C21's matched up with your car's exterior . Most of the light cars select the dark surfaces or monoblocks . A little brushed dish is my style.

Thanks for the input guys. I too was concerned about the contrast between the center and the center caps but with the polished rims and polished lug nuts (I'm using studs) the whole scheme works out and blends in from a short distance away as you might see in the pics of the whole car.

I compared brushed and polished lugs on the front and back wheels and went with the polished ones. The three polished components (lugs, centercaps, and rims) work well together from a short distance away. It's actually rather subtle. The closeup pics overstate the contrast as seen from normal distances.

Btw, HRE doesn't mind using carmaker center caps on their wheels. They have a Ferrari with yellow Ferrari centercaps in their website gallery.

Polished turbo script centers would look good, saw some on ebay awhile back.
