New Photoshoot of GT3 RS Green 997 Techart Turbo Conversion
#31
Thanks Fred. Your car gave me the motivation to paint the car GT3 RS Green.
Alex I dont drive with the splitter on. If I did it would be broken in 2 minutes. I only put the splitter on for photoshoots.
How do you find the huge air intakes on the front of the car? Sucking up cats that happen to be passing by?
I ask because at some point I am planning on putting the TechArt II kit on my Turbo and it comes with that nose...
I am also wondering if the front splitter helps understeer, and if so what speeds is it noticeable at
Cheers,
-Alex

Your car looks awesome! But I think you should have some black mesh screens fabricated for the vents in the rear bumper, I think it would look just a little bit more refined. Other than that, it's beautiful!!!

Car was in the shop for over 1 year waiting on parts. In the end it was worth it. The CEC white GT Street is up for sale for $230,000

Good lord that is amazing.
I hate to nit-pick, but is a 315 the biggest tire you could fit on there with a 12" wide wheel? Or does it have to do with the size and circumference to match the front because of the AWD?

I actually had a 345/25/20 on a 12.5 wheel during SEMA just for the show. I had to drop back down to a 325/25/20 on a 11.5 wheel after to match the rolling diameter since I wanted to stay in AWD configuration and not blow up my diff.
