You're telling us that for $11,500 you can build a 997TT with bolt ons that runs 0-300KPH faster than a RT12?

I am considering upgrading my ~550 bhp 2007 TT to the full AWE 750 hp(race gas) kit. I have modified 911 turbos in the past with no problems, and the kit does not involve changing any of the internal components.

I am just interested in any good or bad experiences from folks who have modded to their turbos to high horsepower.

Thanks in advance!
for 700ps you need to do a lot of things, don't think you will ever reach that power on vtg's.

Really? On pump fuel?

Can you provide me a link to a vbox tracing that shows a bolt on $11,500 kit running a sub 25 second 0-300?

Karol...

Yes I know what the GT3 engine looks like.

I'm simply pointing out what is shown on the porsche.com website. Your condescending rhetoric is not appreciated.

My thought was they inserted the wrong photo for the labeled legend. Incidentally, your Polish site seems to have it correct.

VTG's allow around 640-650 hp MAX. You should use custom turbo's for more.

And apparently, we can run with RT12s with $11,500 worth of bolt ons.
