New GT2 at $150K
#32
Still have not made my decision. I have the money, although I am not super-rich like Bernie Madoff.
As someone said on this forum, I already have 2 great cars.
It is my belief that the price of the GT2 is going to drop fast and far, it amuses me to still see dealers and others advertising these cars over $225K.
BTW - the car I am looking at is a special color, and has all of the options.

Well, yes, 150k is a very good price and if you were in the market and did not have a 997tt or the rs then it would be great, BUT, I cant see having all 3 cars regardless of your finances. So in that case the 150 is going to rise due to the beating you will take on the tt.
Dont mean to be a damper, but having recently thought this same scenario through, thats what I came up with.
Good luck in your decision. Could be worse, eh?!!!

let me tell you as a previous owner of a 997 gt2 , as well as a highly modified 996 gt2 ... go for it!!!!!! the 997 gt2 was insane to drive and i loved it... but i just saw the economy... and decided to let go !

i must have some kind of sickness... because i havent heard a peep from you!

The 997TT always knew that she was just a fling though. You date a TT and marry a GT2.
#44
I thought it would be the other way around. The GT2 is that one fling you'll never forget, but the TT is the one you can settle down with. The GT2 might bite you when you least expect it so you cant trust her.

Trust her and keep your eyes open
