2008 997TT for $109K - good deal?
There is a 2008 997TT, 6spd, 3700 miles, "loaded" (whatever that means) with a dealer asking price of $109,450. The car is going to auction Monday so it could probably be had for less. It is at Niello Audi in Sacramento. IF it is a good deal, I hope somebody here can pick it up.

Hard to say with not knowing the options, loaded can mean a lot of things on the Turbo as anyone who spent a few months going over their ordered car can attest to.
Loaded in my mind is about 15-20k in options but its not hard to say the car comes loaded stock!

That car never gave him an issue at all. He simply lacked the time to drive and enjoy it so he traded it. He never modified it at all so its stock and most of the time it sat in his garage with a garage car cover .

I wouldnt say its a great deal given whats on the market. I would sell my "loaded" 2007 with 7,600 miles on the odometer for $94,000 today if there was a buyer.
Is a year and an additional ~3500 miles worth spending over $16,000 more today? I doubt it.

The ask price and closing price are not always the same. All I can say is that the guy loved his car and kept it well. It no mechanical problems, no paint, no issues .
If your car fits that same criteria then yes yours is a great deal .

IMHO, of course it is worth more. How much is the question.

I just realized you said Audi. I looked and saw an 08 in black . That is not the car I was thinking of. The car I am thinking about is on the Niello Porsche site and it is white .
My feeling is that if they are asking the same price for the black 08 car one year newer and sending it to auction then it can't be in the same shape as my friends car (one year older still on their site) .

I don't really think the Niello dealerships work together but instead are fairly separate business entities. I doubt Niello Porsche (where I purchased my cars) wants the 2008 997TT - they have so much inventory right now.
A month ago, I tried to trade my Range Rover to the Porsche dealership and they offered about 10% below wholesale/auction. They didn't even bother calling Niello Land Rover which is next door.

It is the black one at the Niello Audi but I have never seen it.

Thats amazing that they are side by side and have no communication . I'm on the other side of the map but I do know that the white car was well cared for.
