Porsche offers rims based on RS-spyder wheels

Porsche is offering new rim option for 997 turbos. To me they look much like BBS wheels. They are listed as seven spoke 19" rims based on RS Spyder racecar's wheels. Instead of conventional nuts, these wheels are attached to hubs using central locking system. Looks like you have to have special hub mechanism on wheel bearing made up of cartridge fitted to wheel hub with spring mounted security bolts with control bolts finished with Porsche crest. The great thing about this way of attachment is no bolts holes visible...making a cleaner looking wheel plus would be easier to clean. With this extra hub, they have to be expensive, which may be why no price was mentioned.

Been waiting along time for these rims but from the pictures it looks a little too flat, I rather have it a little more concave like the HRE (P40s?).

Doesn't really excite me much. The center lock setup is cool, but the desgin of the wheel could have been better IMO.
