changing Spark plugs....
#33
+1. I just had my plugs changed by a Porsche tech. It took him 2hour 45minutes and he was taking his time. I have a 07 with 38k on the clock. The car is tuned and I saw not allot of difference in performance. Yes the car also takes in 100 octane.

Do you know what he removed and how he managed the job in 2 hours 45?

All I know is when I did it, you couldn't even get the front coils packs out unless you somehow moved/took off the turbos...It's not that hard to take off the turbos...Found it much easier this way...I tried for a few hours with the turbos on and then said screw this and dropped them...Once the turbos are off its a breeze!

I know he removed the inter-coolers, bumper, tail lights, lowered the motor a few inches. Exhaust and turbos stayed on the car. There was two large bolts towards the back of the car that help hold the motor in place, they where removed and the motor was lower a few inches with a jack. This allowed more room for the tech to have access to the plugs. Hope this helped.

PS I knew it wasn't the hands.
