I can't speak as to the "better" 700 HP kit as I have not gone to that level yet. I have dealt with AWE and they have been great to deal with (have their exhaust and GIAC ecu flash through them). They are sponsors here and have been very active on 6speed interacting with members and helping them with their questions and problems. I have, in my few years on 6speed, yet to see the people who make the EVT kit post here or get involved in any way in this forum. This is very telling, at least in my eyes, as to the more customer (or potential customer) responsive company. There have been LOTS of threads concerning various tuners here. Search for them and good luck with your decision. Also, please keep us informed as you progress with your mods.

Hello,

Thanks for posting.

Here are some good spots to start if you are looking for more information on our 700S/750R kit.

Both clients purchased the kit and installed it themselves in their garage.

I love my Evoms kit . I have written many posts describing what I feel is the most beautiful linear acceleartin that I have ever felt in a Tubo car. It is absolutely face smearing and the 4K miles I have driven have been trouble free .

I feel that all of these products are fine products by now many folks have one or the other so deciding might be as simple as seeing both types .

Thumbs up

I look forward to a Fun and Safe adventure in this direction and will take a serious look at both companies before doing anything<O</O
You made a good point about the other company.
<O</OI come from another car that was very modded and always felt strong with companies that posted on the same forum where a lot of these kits are sold from.<O</O
<O</O
The AWE 750R kit looks great and sounds even better with the options that come with it.<O</O
I'll try to keep you up to date as this would be a mid summer project.

AWE-Tuning and their staff have worked very hard to make their kit flawless and OEM-like with a great power band you would expect from a VTG powered 997TT. Like our normal software, the AWE kit has a myriad of options including low power mode (stock-like), pump performance (standard), 104 octane performance, valet and kill modes. Each mode has a full set of unique timing, boost and fueling maps, something that is unmatched in this market.
