US vs German vs UK 997TT tuners

Cargraphic and 9FF are ;;unbelieveable expensive... a 600hp kit cost you over $50000 usd for just parts and tuning. They do include a little more parts than the US tuner's 600hp kit but not perform much better.
Lots people here got EVT700 but how many people got Cargraphic powerkit 4 and 9FF TR60 or even 74????Especially as today's economic conditions???

the cargraphic £35.000 or $50.644
I guess in Germany they wanna play it safe and change the internals of the engine.
Well they do get alot of customers at 9ff as they have at least 15 to 20 cars in every time I visit.
don't you just love to be surrounded with Porsches... I do, I must realy get one as a next car!!

Losing Weight vs. Big HP
The Cargraphic Porsche might possibly be here in the U.S. during September. Let's see if we can get another fun shootout rolling with some other tuners. I'll even contact Excellence myself - as it sure would be an enjoyable experience and a great article.
Overall, it's nice to see what these tuners are doing and props to all involved.
As the Cargraphic U.S. Distributor, I can say that Cargraphic chose to build a lower horsepower ride with considerable weight optimization and they do it very well. Everything on the car is available in the Cargraphic catalog, there is no smoke and mirrors. As a side note, the car is also running GiroDisc brakes and with the new Cargraphic Airlift system.
The higher price is a valid factor...
As the saying goes...

Controlled testing enviroment with all cars running pump gas with comparable tires(cups?)... Run on the dyno on Pump with the boost levels being watched... All about controlled environment testing.

My guess is they view Ruf as a manufacturer more than a tuner. I don't think any of the other tuners listed produce their own VIN'ed cars.

I personally don;t know of anyone in the UK that has a Ruf Turbo. I am sure there are some out there, just not very common here.
Probably due to there not being a Ruf reseller here in the UK.
