Fvd steering wheel

Thinking of installing the FVD steering wheel with paddle shifters on my TT. Tip.
Do you know if any of the wires need to be spliced or is it just direct exchange?

From what I remember - there is some wiring changes involved. FVD includes the instructions with the wheel. When I went to replace my FVD paddle wheel with the stock one (took car back to stock before trading it) I just plain gave up becuase the wiring was different and I couldn't just swap st. wheels.

Whiteknight I know they sell the steering wheel with additional adapter, depending on the model and year of the car (adapter is around $450).The tiptronic buttons work -;+ on each side ,vfd shifters are – on left and + on right, so there have to be some electrical work to be done.. Can you please post a picture of your steering wheel?
Thanks

I have the FVD wheel in my car with paddles. You'll need the hub from FVD as well. Its a complete plug and play install. This is the way the car should have come from the factory. Ronda at FVD was very helpful.

Can you post quick reviews about the paddles for tip, and pics of your steering wheels? The only downside that i see in raid wheels is that it looks terrible with multi-funtion option, otherwise i already had one.
