As everyone else has said, you have two choices. You can get the Boothe Design center caps or have the OEM colored crest caps painted.
The Boothe Design caps are aluminum and have a smaller crest. I think it is actually the steering wheel crest so you should be able to get the crest in silver or colored. The Boothe center caps mount from the back side of the wheel, so the wheels must be off the car to change the caps. These can be powder-coated or painted.
The OEM center caps have a larger cap and are made out of plastic. They just snap onto the wheel and have two little holes to allow for easy removal while mounted. These can be painted but not powder-coated.
Here some photos:

Suncoast sells the OEM colored crest caps:

My silver colored crest caps (shown in the last two photos) are brand new and if you want them, I will sell them for $120 shipped.
Eric the Plug Guy does excellent work and can paint anything you want perfectly. If you are willing to accept a little lower quality of work, a local body shop could do the work.

The only caveat is the newer cap with the 'engraved' black outline crest cannot be painted to leave the crest like it is. We've done a few of these, and it's not possible due to the depth of the cutting for the outline of crest.

If you want it perfect - call Eric.
