I just sent my ECU away for the flash to AWE. I'm really looking forward to seeing the difference.
I ended up going with the 93 pump program and the stock program. I didn't opt for the valet mode as I have yet to valet the car and didn't opt for the race mode because 100+ octane fuel is relatively hard to come by around me and for the price ($400) I couldn't justify it right now. I suppose I could add it later.
My local authorized GIAC dealer provided a substantially more expensive quote so I opted to ship it.
